From local celebrations to far-flung adventures, I travel with the same intention and care I bring to every session, ensuring your day is beautifully documented no matter the location. Travel logistics are handled upfront, so all you have to focus on is being present and enjoying your story. Weddings and Sessions in the state of Iowa – travel is always included. If I am traveling outside of the state, those costs will be added to your booking proposal and depend on the location. For regular sessions, I use the standard mileage, and for destination weddings, the travel fee is added to your booking retainer upfront to cover those costs – any travel (airfare, car rental, and hotel).
I recommend booking as soon as you’ve set your date, especially for weddings and peak seasons, to ensure your spot. Many couples reserve 9–12 months in advance, but I always do my best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible. The sooner we connect, the more smoothly we can plan your experience and secure your date.
